We have invested in the necessary equipment, staff, products and training to be able to meet the high safety standards that are expected in the major repairing of tyres.

We are confident that by offering a twice weekly collection and return policy we are able to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and promptly.

All our major Repairs are carried out to BSAU 159.

Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of Tyre Major Repair and we are pleased to announce that our standards have now been recognised with an industry accreditation and registration to the MTR list of accredited repairers.

Each tyre is assessed by 2 people on its suitability to be repaired and details logged accordingly
Initial Assessment
The area of tyre to be repaired is then cut and buffed
Preparation
The prepared area is then filled with hot extruded rubber to re-build the area up, within a specialised clean room
Filling
The tyre is then placed in a  chamber  to cook at a temperature of 150 degrees at 6bar of air pressure to ensure that the rubber cures
Cooking
Once the rubber has cured then the repair area is finished of to ensure that the original profile of the tyre is restored
Finishing
As part of our commitment to quality control each tyre is fully inspected and the necessary paperwork carried out prior to its release
